Ingredients
600g Boneless chicken cut into large cubes
3 Garlic cloves crushed
1 Large onion diced
1.5cup Spinach
1/2cup Chopped Basil Leaves
1 Medium Courgette
1 Pack Baby Corn
2-3 Carrots peeled and sliced
1.5tsp Ginger (Fresh or powder)
1/2tsp Turmeric
1/2tsp Chilli flakes
1tbsp Honey
1tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
2tbsp Olive Oil
2tbsp Yogurt
Rice to serve
Instructions
Start by frying the chicken with onions, garlic and all the spices in olive oil, in a large pot until all ingredients are browned. This should take about 5-8 minutes.
