Ingredients
  • 2 can Organic Chopped Tomatoes (or 8 ripe tomatoes)
  • 2-3 Jalapeños
  • 2 Medium Red Onions
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Fresh Coriander or Cilantro
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Cyanne Pepper (Optional)

    Cut the jalapeños peppers and remove the seeds from the middle.

    Add the tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, onion, coriander, the seasoning and all other ingredients  to a food processor and pulse for about 2 to 4 minutes. The length of this depends on your preferred texture of the salsa.
