Creamy Chicken and Green Beans Curry

Ingredients
  • 1 kg Boneless chicken cut into cubes (I used boneless thighs)
  • 2 Large onions Chopped finely
  • 6 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 Cubes of ginger minced
  • 2 can Organic chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Milk Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1-2 cup Cut green beans (See notes)
  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Double Cream
  • Fresh coriander to garnish
  • Serve with rice and naan

    Start by sautéing the onions with garlic and ginger for a few minutes before adding the chicken and sautéing together on medium heat for 5 minutes or until golden.

    Add all spices and after a few minutes once aromatic, add the cans of chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 15 minutes on high to medium heat.

    Add the chopped green beans and cream to the pan, mix to combine and allow to cook for 10 more minutes before serving with rice and naan.
