Healthy 3 Ingredient No Bake Pistachio Baklava

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup Shelled Pistachios
  • 10 Medjoul Dates (15 if normal dates)
  • 1 tbsp Rose Water
Instructions

    Place everything in a food processor for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes as smooth as possible.

    Take the mixture and squeeze together with hands until its holding together like dough. Shape into a long roll, place on a large sheet of cling film, fold the clingfilm over it and start to roll and shape it into a long roll. Stop when happy with the thickness.

    Finally open the cling film, slice the roll into 3cm length pieces just like baklava, sprinkle some crushed pistachios on top and enjoy.
