Split the uncooked meat into 100g balls and flatten each round ball onto a tortilla bread pressing and moving it all the way as close to the edge as possible.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat a medium sized pan and cook the tortilla meat side down without using any oil.
Cook for on medium heat for 5 minutes. The meat should start sizzling, browning and it will become a little crispy.
Meanwhile mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Flip the tortilla on the lid of the pan and now cook for 2 minutes on the tortilla side down so that the bread can soak the juices and become crispy.
Time to assemble, use cheese if desired and any optional salad, as well as the sauce and serve the burger wraps while hot.
