We love chicken wings in this household and so I do go through periods where I make them pretty often. Pomegranate molasses wings have been on my list of recipes for a long time and they turned out so delicious. But then you can try them for yourself to decide.

Spicy Coriander and Pomegranate Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Wash and dry the chicken wings completely.
-
In a food processor, blend the marinade ingredients including the onions until completely smooth.
-
Place the wings in a large bowl and coat completely with 3/4 of the marinade. Cover the bowl fully and place in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
-
Place the wings in a lined tray and bake in the oven on gas 6 for 45 minutes or until cooked.
-
Place the rest of the marinade in a small pan, and reduce/allow to bubble on low heat until it becomes a thick sticky sauce. Serve alongside the wings.
Note
This recipe is perfect for a summers day BBQ, chuck the wings on a BBQ until cooked.
Fresh coriander seeds make a huge difference compared to powder, if you have it then freshly grind them but if you are pushed for time then powder is just fine.
