A tasty Persian dish, easy to make, for your family to enjoy!
First, start by cutting the chicken thighs into chunks, then add them to your pan and fry them with butter.
For the seasonings, add onion powder followed by a little bit of garlic powder, and then salt, black pepper, and lots of sumac.
Once your chicken turns brown, add a little bit more butter and pan-fry your cherry tomatoes for about 3-4 minutes.
Finally, serve them on a bed of steamed white rice and fresh herbs. I did a handful of fresh mint and radish to garnish. And enjoy!
