Description

This Sweet and Savoury Spiced Nuts And Pretzels recipe is so quick and easy to make, you can make a big batch in no time at all!

Ingredients
  • 2 cup Pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (organic)
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 4 cup Nuts of your choice (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pecans)
  • 3 branches of rosemary
Instructions

    Pre-heat the oven to 175c fan. Place the nuts in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20 minutes.

    Once roasted, bring the tray out the oven and add the melted butter, spices, maple syrup, soy sauce, rosemary and pretzels.

    Mix everything well to fully coat in seasoning and spices. Place the tray back into the oven to bake for another 10 – 15 minutes and there you have it! Serve warm and enjoy.
