Cardamom Rose Date Suhoor Oatmeal

This suhoor oatmeal is the perfect way to start your day, with creamy oats topped with nutritious dates, aromatic cardamom, and a touch of elegance from rose. the perfect oatmeal and suhoor recipe.

  • 4 cups Porridge Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Rose water or Orange Blossom
  • 8 cups Water
  • 4-6 cups Milk (Whole or Plant based)
  • 4 tablespoons Honey or Sweetener or choice
  • 8 Cardamom Pods
  1. Blend the Oats with cardamom pods until smooth. Smooth oats create a creamier texture. 

  2. Add the blended oats to a large pot and add all the liquid and allow to cook on medium heat until it slowly starts to thicken. 

  3. Add the honey or sweetener along with rose water or orange blossom and remove off heat. 

  4. Pour into a container, garnish with cinnamon powder and toppings of choice. 

  5. Store in the fridge and reheat when necessary.
