A tasty delicious treat for you and your family, put together in no time!
First, start by melting your butter in the microwave on full heat for 30 seconds just to soften it. As a result, you will melt half of it while the other half would still be holding together which makes it easier to whip with the sugar.
Then, pour the butter and the sugar. Whisk them together until your mixture becomes fluffy.
After that, break in your eggs one by one and whisk in as well until you get a creamy texture.
Next, add a pinch salt and the flour. Mix it well until it formes a dough, then add the chocolate chips.
Pour your mixture into a large cast-iron skillet and bake it in a preheated oven at 175° for 23 minutes. It should be baked and crispy on the edges, quite golden and in the center it should have the slightest wobble.
Bring it out, leave it on the side to cool down for 5 minutes, then serve up with your favorite ice cream.
This is optional, but you can melt chocolate chips with some milk in the microwave, drizzle it on top and enjoy!
