What I Ate In A Week As a Busy Mum – Quick & Simple Recipes

Here’s some of the things I ate this week. Not everything is included but most of it is. Some of these meals and portion sizes were also eaten over 2 days.

Lamb Chops – Onions, garlic, lamb chops, corn, rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Sesame eggs – Sesame seeds, eggs, cheese, bread, cucumber and mayonnaise.

Black bean noodles – Store bought Breakfast spread – Turkey bacon, spring onions, mushrooms, eggs.

Japanese Curry – Cabbage, Carrots, Onions, Ginger, Garlic, curry cubes, Prawns and mushrooms. Served with rice.
